This is a 3:1 Urethane and a 2 part system.

Should not be applied directly to concrete. Apply an extremely thin coat of Outdoor Flexx Epoxy before applying Urethane. Pull the excess urethane to prevent pooling. It is optimal to to apply Urethane to Flexx Epoxy 12 hours after application so that a strong chemical bond takes place.
Urethane products have a shelf life of about 3 months.
